The secure income for the old age thanks to the property management

By owning a property other than the current home, customers obtain a revenue (the rent) in a stable manner for the old age. Since our apartments are conveniently located within Tokyo city, vacancy or building aging will not be an issue.
Also, by owning a property and successfully paying off the loan before retirement, customers are able to spend a rich old age thanks to the rental income.
